What grades of fishmeal do you produce?
We produce steam-dried Indonesian fishmeal in three grades, defined by minimum crude protein content:

What raw material is your fishmeal made from?
Whole sardines landed at Muncar port on the Bali Straits — Indonesia's largest sardine fishery — plus upcycled frozen by-products (heads, frames and offal) from fish processing plants. Nothing is wasted.
Why does steam drying matter for fishmeal?
Steam drying uses controlled, indirect heat inside sealed dryers — protecting the protein from overheating and giving consistent moisture and better digestibility, which is critical for feed-grade fishmeal. All our fishmeal is steam-dried.
What are the specifications of your crude fish oil?
Our crude fish oil is separated from sardines during cooking and pressing, and is a natural source of EPA and DHA fatty acids for aquafeed. Key specifications: EPA + DHA min 23%, free fatty acid (FFA) max 3%, iodine value min 150. Certificates of analysis are provided with every shipment.
What is fishmeal used for?
Fishmeal is a high-protein ingredient in feed for aquaculture (shrimp, fish), poultry and livestock. It provides essential amino acids, minerals and digestible protein that plant-based ingredients cannot fully replace.
Quality & certification
How do you verify quality?
Every batch is tested in our own laboratory, primarily by wet-chemistry analysis, with Near-Infrared (NIR) technology as a rapid backup check. We cover moisture, crude protein, fat, ash, TVBN, salt, pepsin digestibility, free fatty acid, peroxide value and iodine value. We also periodically send samples to certified third-party laboratories — SGS, Angler BioChemLab and SIG Laboratory — to cross-check our own results.
What certifications do you hold?
We are GMP certified Grade A by the Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs & Fisheries for both product lines:
- Fish Meal — Cert. No. 33308/35/SKP/RD/IX/2024, valid to Sep 2026
- Fish Oil — Cert. No. 33307/35/SKP/RD/IX/2024, valid to Sep 2026
Can you match a specific target specification?
Yes. Send us your target parameters (protein, ash, TVBN, etc.) and volume, and we will confirm which grade fits or whether a tailored specification is possible.
Fish bone meal & Japan
What is fish bone meal and what is it used for?
Fish bone meal is a slow-release organic fertilizer milled from selected tuna, skipjack and snapper bones. Its nitrogen supports steady leaf growth and its phosphate strengthens roots, flowering and fruit set. It has been used by Japanese tea cultivators for over a decade — prized for developing tea umami and leaf quality.
What grades of fish bone meal do you offer?
Premium N7 (nitrogen min 7%, phosphate min 8%) — used for matcha, gyokuro and sencha. Standard N6 (nitrogen min 6%, phosphate min 9%) — used for vegetables, orchards and tea. Both: moisture max 12%, salt max 5%, particle size under 2 mm.
How do you ship fish bone meal to Japan?
Exports to Japan are handled by our sister company PT. Sarifeed Indojaya, the registered exporter for the Japanese market. We currently ship to the ports of Osaka, Shimizu and Nagoya. All other markets are served directly by PT. Sarilaut Jayalestari.
How should fish bone meal be stored?
In a cool, dry, ventilated space, in sealed bags. Shelf life is 12 months from production.

What payment terms do you accept?
Irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) at sight.
What packaging options are available?
Fishmeal & fish bone meal: 50 kg PP bags or 1 MT (1,000 kg) jumbo bags. Fish bone meal is also available in 20 kg PP bags for retail distribution. Crude fish oil: flexitank, approx. 20–21 MT per 20-ft container. For cold-weather or winter destination ports, flexitanks can be fitted with heating pads or 2-inch insulation foam.
